Background

For over 50 years, the Midwest Conference of Community Bankers has been meeting in Colorado. The purpose of the meeting is to hear quality speakers on topics of the day and meet in a casual setting with other bank executives to share experiences. This casual setting in the mountains of Colorado allows for speakers and attendees to get to know one another and create life-long friendships, which prove invaluable over time.

For sponsors, it offers an opportunity to get to know customers and prospective customers in a setting not possible at other meetings. In addition to the morning meetings, time is left for recreational activities such as golf, river rafting and sightseeing. Over the past few years, the meeting has drawn between 50 and 150 attendees, which has been comprised primarily of Senior Bank Officials.

Spouses and families are not only welcomed, but their attendance is encouraged.
